Great food. Great service. Clean bathrooms.

Went for breakfast buffet. The food, in itself was good, but buffet was lacking. There was very little food on buffet. They never added to it the whole time we were there. The bacon tasted like fried chicken, assume it was deep fried in the same oil they cook chicken. Overall it was just alright, nothing impressive.

Had buffet for breakfast and it was ok but pricey.

It has been quite some time since I have been there. I must say however that the food was great. If you leave there hungry it's your own fault.

This was our first time here. We had the breakfast buffet. It was soooo good. I love bacon and they have the best! Will be going back for the lunch buffet.

Fresh, fresh, fresh! Stopped in at 1100 on a Sunday. Very clean, no wait, seat yourself and man was it good. The fried chicken was phenomenal and this was the first restaurant that I've not had to add salt and pepper to my food. Highly recommended! They care about what they serve here.

Very disappointing. No other patrons in the place but most of the tables were filled with dirty dishes. The waitress seemed like she was having the worst day of her life. Mediocre at best food. The whole place was filthy. Won't be back.

Family own and ran local buffet. If you go in the morning for breakfast they have hot and cold items on the bar. (Be careful some things you think would be hot will be cold) The best part is that they make you eggs, omelets, French toast, and the BEST PANCAKES and Blueberry Pancakes fresh to order. They are the best pancakes I have ever had! They are cake like, sweet, crunching, soft! AMAZING! 😋 I go for the pancakes if you can't tell. My husband will go to the lunch buffet. And he tells me they have awesome cheese grits, fried fish, and fried chicken. I love supporting local and this place may be out of the way but it's worth it. P.S. the 2nd best thing there are the from scratch biscuits!!!!

Every table was dirty and and the place was empty. The staff were sitting and a table and didn't greet us. We walked out because it looked really sketchy.

Home style, Country cookin'! Great food, fast and friendly service. Eggs, French Toast, Pancakes, and Omelets made to order and included into the breakfast buffet price. I also love that it is family owned.

Went for advertised buffet. Plenty to eat. Mediocre fare. Eggs cooked to order were overcooked. Staff not very welcoming. We had water. But were charged for beverage. That was corrected.probably won't go out of our way to revisit

One of the deacons from my church suggested going to this establishment. This is a mom and pop restaurant and I was not too sure if they took too kindly to my kind. Meaning being black. When we first walked in we got looks from everyone and then as I was getting sausage from the buffet one lady was staring over my shoulder. The deacon said she looked like she wanted to be sure I was not putting anything into my pockets. Food is okay and I have been here twice and the first time I got the same feeling. Most of my co workers love it and swear by it but they are all Caucasian. Food is good but when I go out it is all about the experience.

The first thing that you feel when you walk through the doors it is a very clean restaurant. You see the staff and the owner walking around tidying up, and tending to the customers. The eggs are made to order which were cooked perfectly. Our glasses never run low. And the owner was more than willing to speak to us and he made us feel welcome and appreciated our business. The lunch buffet is just is good with the same staff. We always enjoy going to the landing family restaurant. And keep in mind one of the most important things is going to this restaurant does not break the bank. With their reasonable prices I would suggest to anyone that has not tried this restaurant to definitely stop in and give it a try. Look forward to dining again.

There was Shrimp, fish, dirty rice, greens, biscuits, salad, brownies and bandanna pudding and Arnold Palmer and that's what I had. So much food and many people. This place is popular and the food is delishious! 😀

Won't be going back, 11.53 for a breakfast buffet is a little to much.

The breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh. The eggs, french toast, and pancakes are fresh made to order but included in the buffet price. A great quality, good atmosphere. Enjoyable and filling!

I always have a wonderful experience every time I come here to eat! The place is always nice and clean! The food here is so wonderful, it's always hot and fresh! It's all seasoned just right it makes your mouth water! The fried chicken is the best! They have awesome customer service and the employees are always so nice and friendly and always have a smile!

Friendly when I was paying before that not so much took a long time for eggs buffet was disappointing not much there won't be back not worth the money to me

The Food and choices are very good. The buffet makes it easy to pick and choose what you would like to eat. However we have been there several times and the waitress is not friendly at all never a smile! But all in all its a good place to eat.

Holy smokes that's some good buffet! Everything was hot and fresh. The fried chicken was very moist and not over battered. Nice atmosphere of local folks. I think my favorite is their potato salad. Not sure how they make it but it brought back some fond memories. If they're serving the shepard's pie on the day you go put a heaping helping of it on your plate and you won't go wrong. Great food, atmosphere, and service. Highly recommended.

Ive lived in Lake City for about three years.I believe The Landing is the best restaurant in this whole town. I have never had a bad meal there. The waitress always treats me great. I can't think of her name right now. I work at QIA right next door, so it's like running home at lunchtime.

Stopped on our way through town and had a fantastic meal! It was like sitting down at a good friends house. We were even greeted with a plate of corn casserole as we sat down. Wonderful buffet food!

Super good food. Seat yourself and dive into the buffet. The banana pudding is amazing and worth the trip. They actually have great Southern Sweet Tea. Best fried chicken around. Make sure to beat the 11:30-12:00 lunch crowd or you might just miss out on the banana pudding. A new addition on the East side of the restaurant opened it up for a lot more seating. Parking is located all around the building. It’s located right across from the Lake City Airport, hence “The Lansing”. It’s a must try restaurant if you haven’t been there yet.
